The rate information below is a guide and can vary by individual owner and agent. Contact the owner/agent for rental quotes and to check on availability on units.

The rates charged are set by each individual owner. Contact the owner/agent and/or agent for current rates. The contact form is on the Contact Us page. The agent or owner will get back to you in a timely fashion.

As a general statement, peak season rates start at $1,100 USD per week, $3,400 USD per month and off peak rates start at $850 USD per week and $2,500 USD per month. There is a 12.5% Florida Sales tax and usually a departure cleaning service fee that would be in addition to the rate. Owners will run specials at various times so contact the representative for your best deal.

Southeaster has a six (6) night minimum stay policy as per Condominium Association rules and regulations. All renters need to display a parking tag on their vehicle at all times while on the property. These are readily available at the Southeaster Office located in Building C.
